From Mountains to COP 21

Sano Sansar Initiative has been focusing on Climate Change issues integrating community health and education for sustainable development in Nepal and abroad through our partners. While everyone is talking about the impact of climate change in the polar regions and small islands, Mountains, that provide resources and freshwater to 2.3 billion people, are also vulnerable to the climate crisis.

Founder and President, Sagar Aryal, also the co-founder of Climate Strike, is joining COP 21 in Paris, France conveying our demands for the world governments to support those who are affected by climate change; make a transition to a 100% clean energy by 2050 and keep fossil fuels in the ground.

We are hopeful that our Leaders will come to a good negotiation for our future!
